Tai Chi, Balancing Mind & Body is 45-minutes of gentle, continuously flowing exercise based on the fundamental principles and movements in traditional Tai Chi (Taiji) and Qigong. Whether this is your 1st or 50th class, you will enjoy the flow of energy or "Qi" to relieves stress, clear your mind, and strengthen your body. Christine's classes are a fun exploration of these ancient arts and are designed to be accessible to everyone regardless of age or fitness level.

Level: All Levels/Beginner

What You'll Need: No equipment, mats, or floor work is required. Clear a small space wherever you are - enough to take a step or two in any direction with arms outreached. Any portion of the class may be performed seated as well. Wear loose comfortable clothing and flat shoes suitable for walking.

Tip: Hydrate with water before and after class.

Christine Bhe
Christine is owner of Tai Chi Wellbeing in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is a third-degree black belt in Yang Style Taijiquan and certified instructor of Tai Chi for Health, TaijiFit, Tai Chi for Veterans, and Qigong. Christine has had the privilege to study with Masters Zhichao Ling, Chen Bing, Yang Jwing-Ming, Wing Cheung, Jesse Tsao, Dr. Paul Lam, and David-Dorian Ross.
